I know booking a photoshoot can come with a lot of questions—what to expect, what to wear, how it all works! This FAQ section is here to help with the most common queries.

Where do the photoshoots take place? Warwickshire has some stunning locations for photoshoots. A few of my favourites include: The Charterhouse, Coventry War Memorial Park, Coventry Coombe Abbey, Coventry (off-peak only) Jephson Gardens, Leamington Abbey Fields Park, Kenilworth
What if the weather is bad on the day? I always keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your session. If there are just scattered showers, we can wait it out and make the most of any dry spells. However, if the weather is too wet or unsuitable, we can simply reschedule for another day at no extra cost. Your photoshoot should be an enjoyable experience, so we’ll work together to find the best option!
Can I reschedule my session? Yes, absolutely! Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to reschedule, just let me know with at least 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll find a new date that works for you. I’m happy to reschedule free of charge for unforeseen circumstances, as well as bad weather. I want your session to be a relaxed and enjoyable experience!
What should I wear for my photoshoot? For the best results, I recommend wearing natural colours like blues, greens, beiges, and browns—these tones create a timeless, relaxed look. I suggest avoiding bold patterns, as they can distract from the main focus: you! Women and girls look beautiful in long, flowing dresses or vintage-style outfits, while men and boys often look great in cotton or linen shirts for a soft, natural vibe. Once you’ve booked your session, we can go over a styling guide to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in what you wear!
Can I bring my pet to the shoot? Yes, absolutely! I’m happy to include well-behaved pets in your photos. They’re often such an important part of your family, and I love capturing those special moments with them. Just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly!
How long will it take to Receive my photos? I aim to get your photos ready within 1 to 2 weeks after your session. I take great care in editing each image to ensure it’s perfect, so you can expect high-quality results! If you need your photos sooner, just let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

How Does the Booking Process Work? Booking & Retainer To book your session, simply fill out the form on my website. I will then contact you to discuss your photoshoot and ensure it’s the perfect fit for you. Once we’ve finalised the details, I will email you a contract along with payment information. A non-refundable £25 retainer is required to secure your desired date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. Confirmation & Paperwork Once your session is scheduled, you will receive a contract and a contact information form via email. These must be completed, signed, and returned before your shoot. Pre-Shoot Check-In In the week leading up to your session, I will check in to confirm all the details. This is a great time to go over any ideas, discuss outfit choices, and finalise the location. Final Payment & Shoot Day The remaining balance must be paid before your photoshoot takes place. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
